Rush orders welcome! If you need your items sooner than our normal processing times then please send us a message through Etsy convo BEFORE placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Lost Packages and Delivery Dates
-We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages by the mail carrier. Unfortunately sometimes mail carriers can lose packages or they can be delayed. This is rare, but it CAN happen. If your package is delayed or lost please contact USPS customer service or your local post office in regards to this matter. Once the package leaves our facility it is in the hands of USPS. We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages by USPS, UPS, FedEX, etc.
-All delivery dates that we quote are ESTIMATED or EXPECTED delivery dates given by the mail carrier or their website, ie: USPS.com, UPS.com, FEDEX.com, etc. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, these are the dates that the mail carrier quotes us and your item SHOULD be delivered by this date.
